Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Marsen Furniture and Home and their household are not eligible to participate.

• Come into the store - One ticket per person. Multiple visits will not result in additional tickets
• Make a purchase - Additional entry for every $500 spent
• Join the Marsen Furniture and Home email list.
• Join the Marsen Furniture and Home SMS list
• *Each additional entry will be worth one entry into the giveaway.

Winner Selection: GIVEAWAY WILL CLOSE AUGUST 17th, AND WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED AUGUST 19th.

They will be notified by Marsen directly. Please ignore and report any fake accounts saying you won.

Prize: : The grand prize is a Hemiway Escape Pro E-Bike, valued at $1799.

Taxes and Shipping: The winner is not responsible for any taxes. The winner must pick up the prize at Marsen Furniture and Home's physical location at 40 N 500 W, Vernal, UT 84078.

General Conditions: Marsen Furniture and Home reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time. Marsen Furniture and Home also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.

Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this giveaway will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in the State of Utah.
